we
Since 2013, we have become a symbol of innovation and professionalism in the real estate sector.
We started with two offices – in Sofia and Blagoevgrad. In 2015, we entered into a franchise partnership with the international ERA network, which marked the beginning of a new chapter in our history. In 2022, we left that partnership as the most prominent office in Sofia, proving our ability to be leaders in the industry.
In the following years, we expanded our presence by opening an office in Plovdiv. There, in a short time, we not only established ourselves as leaders but also reshaped the entire industry. We opened an office in Varna in 2023, where we are already becoming a benchmark for quality and innovation, and this year we opened another office in both Sofia and Plovdiv.

Our leader – Dimitar Kalaidzhiev – is the most well-known real estate broker in Bulgaria, with over 170,000 followers on social media. He wrote the first book of its kind for brokers, “Close Deals Like Crazy,” which was reissued this year due to overwhelming interest. His second book on real estate investment, “Get Rich with 8,333 Leva per Hour,” ranked among the best-selling titles at Ciela and has already sold nearly 4,000 copies.
He is the creator of the first real estate seminar of its kind in the country – “Get Rich with Real Estate,” and over the years, he has conducted hundreds of consultations on the topic, as well as numerous webinars. He has been a speaker at TedX.
With over 10 years in the real estate industry, he is the founder of Building Box, with offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, and Varna, and leads a team of over 70 people. He also took part as a main consultant in the real estate reality show “Sofia at Home,” where he played himself in one of the episodes, and has made dozens of public appearances across various media platforms – TV, radio, and social networks.
